Unfortunately, medi has been the target of a cyber attack.
Currently we are doing everything in our power to be able to resume work safely as soon as possible. Until then, we kindly ask for your understanding that we can only be reached to a very limited extent at the moment.
Our online services (e.g. medi e-shop, websites) are temporarily unavailable.
We thank you for your support and patience during this difficult time and are working feverishly on a solution to be back for you soon. After the insidious and far-reaching cyber attack on our company last weekend, our IT department is still working nonstop and at full stretch to gradually and safely bring our systems back up and running.
As soon as there is any news, we will inform you immediatly and proactively. Until then, we kindly ask you to refrain from any further enquiries – also for investigative reasons.
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our employees and business partners for their understanding, solidarity and support in this difficult situation. An important success: Our customer service is now available again for orders from specialist trade customers such as medical supply stores and pharmacies. However, we kindly ask our trade customers to use the medi e-shop at eshop.medi.de for orders and enquiries if possible.
Status quo in the commercial sector: In our production department, the manufacturing and logistics are gradually being restarted. However, at the moment delivery delays still may occur – thank you for your understanding.
Regarding the administration, we do everything in our power to ensure that the administrative processes get under way as soon as possible. But safety first: With comprehensive test runs, we want to restore the stability of the IT systems and smooth processes.

medi Rehab one as a post-traumatic measure after a cruciate ligament tear

The DSV athlete, who achieved her greatest successes to date with her medals at the Junior World Championships in 2015, is now facing a new challenge. At the beginning of 2020 she sustained an injury at the World Cup race in Zagreb. Diagnosis: Cruciate ligament tear. Nevertheless, this young athlete – who is considered a talent in the technical disciplines – is not giving up. Her greatest motivation: she knows what she can do, and wants to build on it and take it to the next level.

Professor Helmut W. Minne, MD was Medical Director of ‘Der Fürstenhof ’ Clinic in Bad Pyrmont, Germany from 1991 to 2010. During this time, he collaborated with medi in developing the Spinomed back brace.
