Donning/fitting instructions

Undo the hook-and-loop fastener.
Place the arm with the injured shoulder in the bag.
Place the two shoulder straps crosswise across your upper body and place them over the shoulders.
Take one of the two strap ends and attach it onto the bag at the front.
Do the same with the second strap.
If necessary, or to attach it more firmly (especially at night), you can also use the wide strap. Attach it to the back of the bag (at the elbow) and wrap it around the stomach, then around the back. Your hand should be left free to move.
