Medical compression stockings are a medical aid that the doctor prescribes when necessary, for problems relating to veins, lipoedema and lymphoedema.
Complex physical decongestion therapy relieves and alleviates lipoedema and lymphoedema. CPD is a combination of hygiene and skin treatments, manual lymph drainage, compression therapy and exercise.
Important: after the treatment, compression stockings should be worn. The doctor will prescribe these if necessary and indicate the appropriate treatments. The compression stockings are fitted by the specialist medical retailer to correspond exactly to the body measurements of the patient.
