Greifswald knee support

The Greifswald knee support is used to avoid damage caused by overloading or continuous loading of the joint and in cases of inflammation of the knee following surgery and external injury.

Mechanism of action

The compressive knitted fabric improves circulation and leads to a rapid resorption of haematomas and oedema. The seam-free tailored support improves proprioceptive activity and therefore leads to an improvement of the muscular support.
