medi GmbH & Co. KG

This guiding image is our corporate and working philosophy set down in writing. It exemplifies our shared principles for our interaction with our customers and our partners as well as for the interaction of our co-workers amongst each other.

1. Who we are

medi is a leading global player in the healthcare market.

We aim to be the clear competence leader for our customers and partners, both in our existing business divisions of Phlebology, Orthopaedics, Prosthetics and Hospital and in our future activities. As the leader, we will be able to fulfill our fundamental social responsibilities toward all those connected with medi:

  • we will improve the quality of life for the users of our products
  • we will contribute towards guaranteeing the future of our customers, our partners and ourselves,
  • and, in doing so, we will promote a good and fair interaction with one another.

2. This is what we demand of ourselves

medi customers and partners are at the centre of our day-to-day work. We want medi's customer and partners to be convinced of and highly satisfied with us. We foster innovation, active market development, individual solutions to problems and social commitment – both domestically and internationally.
With our products and services, we create the greatest possible benefit for our users, customers and partners.
Our full range of products and services meets the highest possible standards of quality and safety. At medi, we see quality in comprehensive terms, encompassing the quality of both the products and the service we provide.
All medi employees contribute to our overall success through their approach and their committment. That is why we are creating a working environment at all levels and in all areas in which: …

  • clear goals / tasks are agreed upon and their implementation is supported by all persons involved, including those in charge,
  • everyone in the company assumes responsibility for the tasks they are given, the quality of their work and the results they achieve,
  • results are measured, achievements recognised, and skills fostered,
  • every person is obliged to carry out his or her duties in the internal and external service processes in the interests of everyone,
  • quick adaptations to internal and external change processes are possible.

At the same time, this working environment is intended to provide every employee with the greatest possible level of employee satisfaction and thus quality of life. Our executive managers assume responsibility for ensuring the future success of the company as a whole and for providing a future-oriented development for their employees.
